Plaids 3.1: The background areas that appear blue and green are actually the same color (RGB 127 224 255). You can access the original .png file in my Dropbox folder at bit.ly/3a1RTAU.
Opposites 2: In a standard Munker illusion, the color of the background object is "pulled" toward that of the foreground stripes. But if the background and foreground colors are opposites, then they colors seem to cancel out, which can make the background object look white. Here the background spheres appear pink and white but are all actually identical (base color RGB 255 220 230). You can access the original .png file in my Dropbox folder at bit.ly/3a1RTAU .
